Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo: Pure indulgence
A paradise for pastry lovers, Cédric Grolet Monte-Carlo has become one of Monaco’s most sought-after sweet destinations since opening in July 2025. Tucked away in the elegant patio of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the tea room offers a refined escape where guests can savour the creations of the world-renowned pastry chef in a tranquil setting shaded by swaying palm trees.
The menu showcases a selection of sweet and savoury delicacies that change with the seasons, including Grolet’s celebrated trompe-l’œil pastries – stunning creations that mimic fruits and other natural forms with remarkable precision. From 10th June, a new summer menu brings fresh flavours and a host of seasonal surprises, available to enjoy on-site or take away.
Whether stopping by for breakfast, a light lunch, or an indulgent afternoon tea, Cédric Grolet Monte-Carlo offers a memorable gourmet experience that perfectly captures the art of French pâtisserie in the heart of Monaco.

Pavyllon Monte-Carlo *: Redefining Fine Dining
With its signature countertop seating, a hallmark of multi-Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno’s restaurants, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo brings a fresh and contemporary approach to haute cuisine. Nestled within the elegant Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the Michelin-starred restaurant pairs refined gastronomy with a relaxed atmosphere, all set against sweeping views of Port Hercule and Monaco’s iconic Rock.
Described by Alléno as “unpretentious gastronomy”, the dining experience celebrates the finest seasonal and locally sourced ingredients through dishes that are vibrant, light and full of Mediterranean sunshine. Guests can choose between an elegant lunch on the sunlit terrace or a sophisticated dinner showcasing the chef’s distinctive culinary philosophy.
The restaurant’s popular Sunday brunch has also become a year-round fixture, offering another opportunity to experience Pavyllon’s inventive cuisine in one of Monaco’s most picturesque settings.

Bringing the vibrant tastes and traditions of Lebanon to the Riviera, Em Sherif Monte-Carlo has returned for its fifth season at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo. Led by Chef Yasmina Hayek, daughter of Em Sherif founder Mireille Hayek, the restaurant offers an authentic and refined dining experience that has become a favourite among lovers of Middle Eastern cuisine.
Set on a spacious terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, guests can enjoy an abundant selection of hot and cold mezze, alongside expertly crafted signature cocktails that perfectly complement the rich flavours of the menu. From traditional recipes to contemporary interpretations, every dish is designed to showcase the warmth and generosity that define Lebanese hospitality.
The experience extends beyond the plate during the summer months, with live music performances and DJ sets creating a lively atmosphere every evening in July and August, and from Friday to Sunday throughout June and September. Returning for the summer season from July 1 to August 30, Las Brisas brings the vibrant culinary world of two-Michelin-starred chef Marcel Ravin to the sun-soaked shores of the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort. Set just steps from the resort’s iconic lagoon, the restaurant offers a relaxed yet refined dining experience on a terrace overlooking the sparkling Mediterranean.
By day, Las Brisas is the perfect destination for a leisurely lunch, where guests can savour Chef Ravin’s distinctive cuisine, inspired by his Caribbean roots and enhanced by the flavours and ingredients of the Mediterranean. The menu is fresh, colourful and generous, reflecting the spirit of summer in every dish.
This season also marks a new chapter for the restaurant, with dinner service introduced for the first time. As the sun sets, the atmosphere transforms with soft live music and a relaxed ambience beneath the stars, creating an enchanting setting for an evening by the sea.
To complete the experience, guests can pair their meal with wines from Château Sainte Marguerite, continuing the successful partnership between the estate and the resort for a second consecutive year.

Perched above the Brasserie du Café de Paris Monte-Carlo in the heart of Casino Square, Amazónico Monte-Carlo has quickly become one of the Principality’s most vibrant dining and nightlife destinations since opening in 2024 in partnership with D.Ream International Group. Combining exotic flavours, live music and an electric atmosphere, the venue brings a taste of the rainforest to Monaco’s most glamorous address.
Inspired by the cultural diversity of the Amazon region, the menu blends Latin American and Asian influences, offering a bold and colourful culinary journey. Whether dining on the rooftop terrace overlooking Place du Casino or relaxing in the stylish lounge, guests are immersed in a lush tropical setting that feels worlds away from the Riviera.
As the evening unfolds, Amazónico comes alive with a soundtrack of live jazz, bossa nova and Cuban rhythms before internationally acclaimed DJs take over, transforming the venue into one of Monaco’s premier late-night hotspots. From sunset cocktails to dancing into the early hours, it delivers an experience that is as much about entertainment as it is about exceptional food.

Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of Peru, COYA's menu showcases bold flavours, premium ingredients and contemporary techniques, creating dishes that are both refined and full of character. The experience is complemented by an outstanding cocktail programme, including offerings from the recently introduced Madre Tierra menu at the COYA Bar, designed to celebrate the diversity and creativity of South American mixology.
Music remains central to the COYA experience, with an exciting calendar of events featuring renowned DJs and exclusive collaborations with Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo.
