A Summer of Pop-ups and Glow Ups in Monaco

Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has partnered with Pernod Ricard to unveil two exclusive experiences across the Resort.

For a second consecutive year, Maison Perrier-Jouët and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer have transformed Square Beaumarchais, opposite the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, into the elegant Jardin Belle Époque. Open daily until October, the seasonal pop-up celebrates the heritage of the Champagne house in a tranquil garden inspired by the vineyards of Champagne and the Chardonnay grape.

New for this season is a refined food and champagne pairing experience, created by Laurent Piolti, Head Chef of the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, together with Sébastien Morellon, Executive Chef of Maison Belle Époque. Signature dishes including Lobster Brioche, Vitello Gribiche, Beef Sando and Salmon Gravlax are paired with Perrier-Jouët Blanc de Blancs and Blason Rosé, and served beneath an Art Nouveau-inspired gazebo overlooking the Flute Tree, the striking sculpture by Dutch artist Tord Boontje.

Las Brisas Welcomes Château Sainte Marguerite

Château Sainte Marguerite and Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer return for a second summer at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, where Las Brisas is showcasing Provençal cuisine until 30 August.

Chef Marcel Ravin (pictured below) has created a seasonal menu designed to complement the elegant wines of Château Sainte Marguerite, one of the 18 Crus Classés estates of the Côtes de Provence. Dishes such as the François Blanc Salad, Maccheroncini with eggplant chokha, and spit-roasted Cornish hen with preserved lemon are paired with the estate’s Fantastique Rosé 2025 and Fantastique Blanc 2024.

For the first time, Las Brisas also opens for dinner from 10 July to 23 August. As the sun sets, the restaurant takes on a more intimate atmosphere, with a new Creole-inspired menu featuring dishes including spiced lamb méchoui, tuna with coconut milk and lime, and indulgent desserts such as Coconut-Vanilla-Lime Blanc à Manger and Banana-Misu with pistachio.

Glow Up Returns to Monte-Carlo

Following last year’s giant floral installations, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer’s Glow Up Monte-Carlo campaign returns with a striking new artistic theme this summer.

The Resort’s iconic hotels, casinos and public spaces have been transformed by monumental origami birds and butterflies, adorning façades and lobbies in a celebration of nature, light and creativity. Created by Christine Marchal, founder of the Madame Ernest agency, and artist Céline Pagès, the hand-painted sculptures draw inspiration from Japanese prints and are crafted from technical fibre paper designed for outdoor display.

By day, the installations bring a poetic touch to Monte-Carlo’s legendary addresses, while after dark their illuminated wings create a magical spectacle. Visitors can admire the artworks throughout the Resort, including from its seasonal summer pop-up spaces, until the end of the season.
