COYA Monte-Carlo is back for a new season to the iconic Sporting Monte-Carlo, one of Monaco’s most coveted waterfront locations.
Over the past eight years, COYA Monte-Carlo has firmly established itself as a staple of the Riviera’s summer nightlife, bringing its distinctive blend of gastronomy, music and atmosphere to the Principality.
Known for its vibrant energy, the venue pairs refined South American-inspired cuisine with inventive mixology and an internationally recognised musical programme, all framed by sweeping views of the Mediterranean.
A refreshed culinary identity

Cheffe Victoria Vallenilla
For the 2026 season, COYA introduces an updated menu (FR | EN) that reflects the brand’s evolving culinary philosophy. Rooted in South American traditions yet shaped by Mediterranean influences and seasonal ingredients, the cuisine continues to balance bold flavour with refined technique.
Signature dishes return with renewed finesse, including traditional empanadas and the much-loved Chilean sea bass cazuela. Alongside these classics, lighter sharing plates inspired by the Peruvian coastline and the Riviera invite guests to enjoy a more relaxed style of dining – ideal for long summer evenings that gradually transition into COYA’s lively nighttime atmosphere.
Madre Tierra: a new cocktail journey
One of the highlights of the season is the launch of Madre Tierra, COYA’s new international bar menu. Inspired by Peru’s diverse landscapes – from La Costa and La Sierra to La Selva – the collection offers a sensory journey through a series of carefully crafted cocktails.
Expect bold flavour profiles, refined techniques and a balance between global signatures and locally inspired creations, alongside a selection of sophisticated non-alcoholic options.
The bar programme is further elevated through an exclusive collaboration with Tequila Barajas, an independent Mexican distillery renowned for its artisanal approach. For COYA, the partnership introduces a series of hand-painted, individually numbered bottles reserved exclusively for COYA venues worldwide, each reflecting the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship, rarity and cultural authenticity.
Music at the heart of the experience
Music remains central to the COYA identity, and the 2026 season brings a carefully curated lineup running from April through the height of the Riviera summer. Highlights include:
- April 10 – Francis Mercier
- May 15 – Demaya
- June 26 – Alex Wann for the much-anticipated La Noche Blanca celebration
- September 24 – Arkadyan
- September 25 – Bob Sinclar closes the season

Two special Inca Nights will also return, offering immersive performances and distinctive soundscapes that celebrate COYA’s heritage and signature atmosphere.
In addition, COYA Monte-Carlo will collaborate with the legendary Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo for five exclusive evenings throughout the season, seamlessly extending the experience into Monaco’s celebrated nightlife scene.
Dining beneath the Riviera sky
From June onwards, COYA’s terrace overlooking the Mediterranean will once again become one of the Riviera’s most desirable dining settings. In partnership with Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer and APM Monaco, the outdoor space will be reimagined for the season, enhancing the glamorous ambiance that defines the venue.
Private events with a Riviera view
For 2026, COYA Monte-Carlo also introduces reimagined private spaces designed for bespoke gatherings overlooking the sea. Offering both semi-private and fully private configurations, the venue provides a refined setting for corporate dinners, brand launches and exclusive celebrations.

From personalised tasting menus and dedicated mixology experiences to curated DJ programmes, each event is conceived as a fully immersive COYA experience – combining sophistication, atmosphere and one of Monaco’s most sought-after waterfront addresses.
