The 8th edition of the In&Out Gay and Lesbian Film Festival is just around the corner, taking place this year in Nice, Cannes, and Beaulieu-sur-Mer.

The upcoming In&Out Film Festival continues where it left off last year, reflecting on the risks of marginalisation for the LGBTQ community. The theme of the festival this year is Le Crépuscule des idoles, the Twilight of the Idols.

The 2016 festival takes place in a variety of venues throughout Nice, kicking off with the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, 19th April, and running until Sunday, 24th April. It then moves on to Beaulieu-sur-Mer on the 26th and 27th April, and finally to Cannes, where it runs from 28th until 30th April.

Once again, there is a diverse and interesting selection of films being screened, with submissions from both home and abroad in competition. Alongside the screenings, there are, of course, numerous soirées taking place in both Nice and Cannes.
