Nearly time for Trick or Treating and the build-up to Halloween promises an extra-busy week on the Côte d’Azur! Read on for some suggestions for things to do over the coming days.
We have another action-filled week ahead of us, filled with a multitude of activities and experiences to suit all kinds of interests.
Once again Octobre Rose and Breast Cancer Awareness Month is at the forefront, alongside braderies and markets, mural painting, ballets, and Halloween activities to beat the band! You’ll definitely find plenty here to keep all the family happy!
So, without further ado, here’s our taster of what’s on offer this week.

SATURDAY 25th OCTOBER



On Friday next, 31st October, the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes will host the NRJ Music Awards live on TF1, bringing together NRJ’s biggest stars. A live Before NRJ Music Awards concert will take place at the Rotonde Lérins at the Palais on Thursday, 30th October, featuring artists like Kendji, Luiza, Marine, Miki, Helena, Dr Yaro, Ridsa, Jeck & Carla, Marguerite, and Pierre Garnier. Invitations will be distributed exclusively to Cannes residents and high school students today from 9:00 am at the Salon Marianne at l’Hôtel de Ville. Distribution strictly on a first come, first served basis (subject to availability).


Calling all foodies and gourmands! The 17th Salon Vin et Gastronomie d’Antibes, organised by Kiwanis International, continues throughout the weekend. Proceeds from the event will benefit the club’s social initiatives for children. There will be sixty exhibitors on site showcasing wines from all over France and local products (cheeses, cakes, seafood, etc.) You will also be able to participate in wine-tasting classes with a sommelier (registration required). Taking place at Espaces du Fort Carré in Antibes. Open today from 10 am to 9 pm. €5 entry on the door or you can download a free pass. This weekend, Mouans-Sartoux goes back in time with the RE-PLAY Festival! Taking place at the René Friard and La Chênaie Gymnasiums – two gymnasiums, two atmospheres. There will be the Video games section with retro gaming, pinball machines, arcade machines, tournaments and epic challenges and then the Pop culture section with exhibitions, activities, photocalls, and special guests! Guests of honour include Jean-Paul Césari, legendary voice of Nicky Larson, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and a fixture of Club Dorothée, and Gilbert Lévy, cult voice actor of South Park, The Simpsons, Dragon Ball, Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and many more! A must-see weekend for the whole family and fans of games, geek universes, and nostalgia! €5 admission. 10 am to 6pm. Free parking.


The Foire Attractions de Monaco continues in Port Hercule, running until 19th November, 2025, the Fête Nationale Monégasque. There will be plenty of entertainment and attractions on offer for both big and small kids alike!


The organisers of SAVIM, recognized as the leading French food and wine fair, bring us Terravini, a fair dedicated to the promotion of authentic taste on the Côte d’Azur. The fair takes place over the weekend at the Palais Nikaïa in Nice. Open from 10 am to 8 pm. Admission is €6 and €3 for students and persons with reduced mobility. You can get apply for an invitation for free admission.


La Grande Braderie de Saint-Tropez continues today and runs throughout the weekend. This is one of the most anticipated events of the year, attracting tens of thousands of visitors, all looking for that great deal. Many luxury boutiques and local brands will be offering exceptional pieces at unbeatable prices, with discounts of up to 70% available. Be warned, though, it does get very busy, so be prepared for a bit of hustle and bustle. running from 9 am to 7 pm.


Antibes Juan-les-Pins is hosting the 6th Festival Coul’Heures d’Automne, which runs until the 1st November, 2025. This International Festival of Urban Art brings together international artists and residents who over the previous five editions of the project have been involved with the creation and mapping of 50 large-scale murals, making Antibes Juan les Pins the capital of street art on the French Riviera. Continuing at the Théâtre de la Licorne, Le festival P’tits Cannes à You has an incredibly busy programme on offer, with film screenings, workshops, theatre and dance productions and so much more. And all at very affordable prices. Full details available on the Mairie de Cannes website.


La Ville de Nice hosts La Castagnada – Fête du Terroir in a variety of locations around Nice until 8th November. Today, the event takes place from 1 pm – 5 pm at Jardin Alsace Lorraine on Boulevard Gambetta. Come and enjoy the local terroir as well as the creative workshops, children’s activities, chestnut tasting, and musical entertainment! Free admission – food available on site.


Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat presents Théâtre pour enfants with La Sorcière de la Lune, performed by companie Dessous de Scène. The play is in French, lasts 45 minutes and tickets cost €6. Taking place at 3pm in Salle Charlie Chaplain. Further information available by calling 04 93 76 08 90
Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur presents ‘Loin de Loin‘, bringing together two choreographers from different generations, each with their own unique backgrounds. Brazilian Juliano Nunes presents his creation Nocturne (this is the premiere of the ballet), and Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui presents Loin. There are two performances today, at 3 pm and 8 pm. Tickets may be reserved online.


Slava Guerchovitch gives a piano recital as part of Les Rendez-Vous Musicaux de l’Hippodrome. He will be performing works from Bach, Prokofiev and others. Concert starts at 6pm at the Salon Masséna at the Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur. Tickets cost €25 and may be reserved online.


Anim Azur presents its charity « Vibrations au fil des temps’po » in support of children affected by 1P36 Deletion Syndrome. A lively story filled with dance, song, and surprises awaits you. Taking place at Espace Neptune in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat at 6 pm. Tickets cost €15 and may be reserved online. Children under 11 get in for free. Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo present See You, choreographed by Paul Lightfoot and Herman Schmerman, choreographed by William Forsythe, taking place at the Salle Garnier, Opéra de Monte-Carlo. The ballet starts at 7:30 pm and tickets may be reserved online.

SUNDAY 26th OCTOBER


October is recognised as Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a global initiative to raise awareness, encourage fundraising for research and support, and promote early detection of breast cancer. There are plenty of activities taking place around the region in the coming days and weeks. Please do try and support these events where you can. Today we have the Odysséa Cannes event taking place on the Esplanade Pantiero from 8am and the 3rd Défi Rose, a 5km walk / run in Sospel.

Prom’ Record Day is back in Nice today. This hugely popular event is open to runners of all standards and ages. Races start at 9am on the Promenade des Anglais and there will be a Prom’ Record Village, located near the Neuf Lignes Obliques sculpture, in a unique setting dedicated to running.

MONDAY 27th OCTOBER



At the heart of the legendary Marché Forville in Cannes, the Monday flea market is a veritable treasure trove for passionate bargain hunters and those curious about great finds. Here you can find everything from tableware, luxury and vintage secondhand goods, to contemporary art and vintage vinyl. Whether you’re a collector, art lover, vintage fan, or simply strolling through Cannes, don’t miss this authentic event every Monday at the foot of Le Suquet!


The Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation has launched its annual call for entries for the 2026 Environmental Photography Award, one of the conservation world’s most anticipated visual storytelling competitions. Registration is open until 2 November 2025, with participation free for both professional and amateur photographers. Entries are submitted online across five categories: Ocean, Forests, Polar Regions, Changemakers and Humanity vs. Nature. So, get clicking!

TUESDAY 28th OCTOBER

WEDNESDAY 29th OCTOBER



The Médiathèque in Saint-Paul-de-Vence presents La Micro-Folie, a unique immersive cultural experience offering workshops, exhibitions, and collections from the greatest national and international museums. Immerse yourself in the world of art using tablets or touchscreens and explore fascinating works, their details, and the artists’ stories. Part of the Halloween celebrations. Runnng from 10 am to 12:30 pm and from 3 pm to 6:30 pm. Free admission.


As part of Octobre Rose campaign running throughout the month, the Centre Hospitalier Princesse Grace has a programme packed with activities, meetings, and events. There will be an information stand today at the CHPG on the theme of Medical Expertise & Prevention « Comprendre les parcours » (“Understanding the pathways”) manned by professionals from the hospital.


La Castagnada – Fête du Terroir hosted by Ville de Nice continues today from 1 pm – 5 pm at École Saint-Roman-de-Bellet (Chemin de la Tour de Bellet, 06200 Nice.) Come and enjoy the local terroir as well as creative workshops, activities for children, chestnut tasting, and musical entertainment! Free admission – food available on site.

New Moods in Monaco presents ‘La Magie d’Halloween’, a magical event for children aged 4 to 7. On arrival, they will discover a hall transformed with garlands of balloons, a photocall and an immersive atmosphere to set the tone. A candy corner and sweet bar tantalises the taste buds, with a magic potion fountain, jars of sweets and unlimited treats. Inside, an illusionist transports young guests into his magical realm for 45 minutes. All around, a whole world of entertainment unfolds, with face painting, temporary tattoos, popcorn, candyfloss and creative workshops on the theme of Halloween. Everyone is welcome, whether in fancy dress or not, while parents can enjoy the show from the comfort of their seats. Dress code: come in disguise! The event runs from 2.30pm to 4.45pm. Age: 4 to 7 years. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Price: €45 per child. Free entry for adults. Limited capacity, booking strongly advised. THURSDAY 30th OCTOBER



If you are in Monaco, why not take some time and check out the Petit Marché du Larvotto, which takes place every Thursday from 8 am to 1 pm. Located on the Esplanade Joséphine Baker, near the Lartigue Fountain. A weekly event to complement the municipal markets, delighting foodies and fresh produce lovers.


The Maison de l’Étudiant in Nice is hosting a Pop Culture Halloween night, starting at 6:30 pm and running until 10 pm. Come immerse yourself in the world of your favorite movies, series, comics, manga, and video games! Come cosplay as your favorite hero or monster or create your own terrifying and offbeat style. A free professional makeup booth will be available to perfect your look. On the programme: a wild DJ set, a cosplay contest (registration required), surprise entertainment, and a special Halloween bar. Théâtre Francis-Gag in Nice presents illusionist and renowned hypnotist, Olmac, who transports the audience into a fascinating, mysterious and captivating universe. An award winner, he is feted as one of the leading figures in the new generation of magicians. Proceeds will be donated to SOS Préma, an organisation that supports families throughout the stages of prematurity and infant hospitalization. Show starts at 8 pm. FRIDAY 31st OCTOBER



Mandelieu-La Napoule is hosting a Chasse aux Monstres, starting at 1:30pm. This will be followed by the presentation of prizes at 4pm at the Tourist Office, along with some food. The more frightening, funny, or original your costumes, the more magical the atmosphere will be! Price: €20 per team (up to 5 people, children and adults) – register online.


La Mairie de Monaco is hosting a bewitching afternoon at Princess Antoinette Park from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. today. On the programme you will find mascots, costume contests, a photo booth, face painting, a DJ, candy galore, and brownie sales (upper entrance to the park – Boulevard du Jardin Exotique). Reserved for children residing or attending school in the Principality (ages 3 and up).


The Musée de Vence becomes a haunted museum today, with secrets to discover! Come experience an immersive experience based on the theme of “The Addams Family.” Free admission for families. From 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.


Come celebrate Halloween at the Cinéma départemental Jean-Paul Belmondo in Nice. On offer is a thrilling programme celebrating genre cinema and the master of fantasy, Tim Burton. An ideal way to spend quality time with friends or family, in a warmly disturbing atmosphere! Family-friendly with popcorn and sweets for the kids and a make-up stand … for kids and adults! Cap d’Ail hosts The Great Pumpkin Hunt at the Château des Terrasses, running from 5 pm to 7pm. Little wizards, brave vampires, funny monsters, or princesses: put on your best costumes and set off on an adventure through the gardens to find the hidden pumpkins! Le Conseil municipal des Jeunes Mouginois is hosting its annual Halloween party tonight, strictly for teenagers, at Scène55 in Mougins. Free admission but pre-registration is required and places are limited. Everyone must come in costume. Free drinks and sweets on offer. Running from 8pm – 11pm.

The 2026 Nice Jazz Festival may be nine months away (23 – 26 July, 2026) but intial tickets are now on sale. Blind passes €120 available online now.
There is plenty going on in the world of theatre around the region. The Anthéa in Antibes has an amazing programme of shows and performances lined up for the 2025/’26 season. The Théâtre National de Nice also has an impressive line-up for its new season as does the Théâtre de la Cité in Nice who have a very busy programme for the upcoming season.


There are also plenty of excellent exhibitions going on throughout the region.
