There will be a World Meditation Evening taking place at the Kukua Beach Bar on the Lungomare in Bordighera on 24th September.

You are invited to join in this special World Meditation Evening, where there will be meditation, chanting, and the opportunity to speak with one voice.

Our world is a reflection of what lies within our collective inner worlds. By directing our thoughts in positive ways, we have the potential to guide the world towards becoming a more peaceful and loving place.

Whether or not you know how to meditate, you are invited to come along on Saturday 24th September from 4:30 pm. Let us together connect, embody and set the intention for peace within ourselves, our lives, our communities and our world.

Everyone is welcome, so bring your friends and family. For peace in our world and in our hearts. Be a part of this global movement!

World Meditation Hour began in 1978 when people from all over the world were invited to collectively meditate for one hour for world peace. Over the years it has become very popular and has spread to over 100 countries around the world, currently attracting nearly 2.6 million people.

This guided meditation is an opportunity for us to come together to promote world peace by opening our heart and simultaneously sending out the vibration of peace, love and light.

We are one! We are powerful beyond measure. Let us together connect, embody and set the intention for peace within ourselves, our lives, and our world. Bring flowers, bring plants and share in the joy, the love, the peace.

Anette Shine will lead with yoga and meditation in English and Italian, and there will be soothing music provided by Kes Cardoso and Lily Morda.
