Local brand Victorian Woman is just about to launch its brand new collection themed around baroque and rock, and aptly called Barock’n’Roll.
The creative process of this season gives birth to a collection between shadow and light, romanticism and rock attitude. Black dupioni silk marries with golden silk flowers, the black duchess satin enlightened with cameos of lace, skulls heads and scrolls, eyelets, spikes, and metal buckles, the standout materials of this collection.
These luxury fabrics are enhanced by sterling silver jewels, in particular Celtic jewelry and especially a head skull jewel designed by Victorian Woman and crafted by an artisan jeweler.
Brand new designs are also being introduced: a new shape of collar necklace made from lace and with a shirt collar that have a very dandy style, new matching bracelets adorned with sterling silver jewelry, new luxury skirts and original evening clutch bags.
The signature of these artistic and atypical accessories results from the union of luxury fabrics, beautiful laces and jewelry decorated with gemstones. The sense of detail, quality, and the exclusivity of the designs are the priority of the collection.
Manuela Biocca is the driving force behind Victorian Woman, a brand that she set up in 2009 to highlight Gothic Chic style, to bring it back to the forefront of the fashion scene, and also as an everyday lifestyle. The new Baroque’n’Roll collection will be available from 6th October 2014 in the Victorian Woman online shop.
You will also be able to catch up with Manuela in person at the Artisa exhibition of arts and crafts in Grenoble, from the 26th to the 30th of November, 2014.
