Looking for the quickest (and most charming) way to cross the Port of Nice? Jump on “Lou Passagin,” the free electric shuttle that takes you from quay to quay in just 3 minutes.
Operating every day from May to October, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., this picturesque service – run by the Association Lou Passagin – offers locals and visitors an easy, pleasant, and eco-friendly way to traverse the port in the pointu christened La Ratapignata.
A Slice of History
The Port of Nice crossing is more than just a shortcut – it’s a tradition dating back to the 1950s. Back then, a simple rowboat ferried people across for just a few coins. Today, this historic experience lives on thanks to a modern, environmentally friendly electric shuttle.
