Originally from a noble French family, Jean Georges was born on 27 September 1966 in Stadthagen in Lower Saxony/Germany. Studied civil engineering in Stuttgart. Then studied art history, musicology, history in Bamberg, Freiburg i.Br. as well as in Paris and Florence. Various publications such as the story "Telemann und Paris", exhibitions of his paintings at the Johannes Dörflinger Foundation in Constance. Furthermore, cultural journalism for the FAZ, the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and Musik&Theater Zürich, among others.
