The Herculis EBS meet takes place in Stade Louis II on Friday, 11th of July, and promises to thrill with some of the biggest names in track and field in attendance.
Presented by the Monegasque Federation of Athletics and its president H.S.H Prince Albert II of Monaco, the meet was previously one of the five IAAF Super Grand Prix events, now part of the renowned Wanda Diamond League.
The event has ranked as best meet in the world a total of seven times, boasting no less than nine world records. This is the tenth stage of the current Wanda Diamond League circuit and will undoubtedly be a highlight of the 2025 calendar, especially with the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo just two months away.

PROGRAMME FOR THE MEETING
18h50: Women’s Shot Put
Chase Jackson, world champion, and Yemisi Ogunleye, reigning Olympic champion, will both be in attendance, along with world indoor champion Sarah Mitton, and European indoor champion, Jessica Schilder.

19h10: Men’s Pole Vault
Look out for world record holder, Armand Duplantis, and fellow competitors Emmanouil Karalis, Sam Kendricks, Christopher Nilsen and Menno Vloon, amongst others – high-fliers, one and all!
20h04: Women’s 400m Hurdles
This will be a closely watched race with the crowd favourite Femke Bol taking on the likes of Dalilah Muhammad, Anna Cockrell, and Louise Maraval
20h15: Women’s 400m
A veritable star-studded lineup which includes Olympic champion Marileidy Paulino, Aaliyah Butler, Natalia Bukowiecka, Lieke Klaver and Rhasidat Adeleke.
20h23: Men’s 800m
Another strong field which includes Kenyan Emmanuel Wanyonyi, Olympic Champion and currently leading the 2025 rankings, Marco Arop, Djamel Sedjati, the meeting record holder, and Gabriel Tual
20h25: Men’s High Jump
Hamish Kerr and Shelby McEwen are both back in action this year after their drawn-out competition last year which went the way of Kerr. They will face off against the likes of Jan Štefela, winner of the European Team Championships, Sanghyeok Woo, Oleh Doroshckuk and Raymond Richards. Who will come out on top this time?
20h33: Men’s 110m Hurdles
The Men’s 110m hurdles promises to be a real humdinger with Americans Cordell Tinch, Grant Holloway, the reigning Olympic champion, Trey Cunningham, and Dylan Beard. Also lining up is Rachid Muratake, Jason Joseph, Sasha Zhoya and Wilhem Belocian.
20h35: Men’s Triple Jump
In the mix we have Jordan Scott, Pedro Pichardo, Andy Diaz Hernandez, Hugues Fabrice Zango and Thomas Gogois.

20h43: Women’s 1,000m
World 2,000m record holder Jessica Hull (pictured above) will be trying her hand at the 1,000m this time competing against the likes of Mary Moraa, Jemma Reekie, Agathe Guillemot, Clara Liberman and Anaïs Bourgoin.
20h58: Women’s 100m Hurdles
Reigning Olympic champion Masai Russell lines up with Grace Stark, Devyne Charlton, Nadine Visser, Ditaji Kambundji and Giada Carmassi for what promises to be a great race.
21h05: Men’s 5,000m
We have the Ethiopian trio of Biniam Mehary, Yomif Kejelcha, and Hagos Gebrhiwet along with Andreas Almgren, Dominic Lobalu, Ronald Kwemoi, Jacob Krop, Jimmy Gressier, Yann Schrub, and Etienne Daguinos in contention here.
21h27: Men’s 200m
All eyes will be on Letsile Tebogo, last year’s Olympic champion, but don’t write off Tapiwanashe Makarawu, Alexander Ogando or Jereem Richards. Xavi Mi-Ajok and local competitor Téo Andant will also be looking to impress.
21h34: Men’s 3,000m Steeplechase
Frederik Ruppert, Samuel Firewu, Keneth Rooks, Kenyan Abraham Kibiwot, Alexis Miellet, Djilali Bedrani, and Nicolas-Marie Daru all in the mix for this one.

21h52: Women’s 100m
Reigning Olympic champion and victorious at this meet last year, Julien Alfred will face Jamaica’s young hopeful, Tina Clayton, American Aleia Hobbs, New Zealander Zoe Hobbs and Maia McCoy, who leads the Wanda Diamond League rankings.
