The 13th edition of Festival Saint Jazz Cap Ferrat concludes tonight at the Jardin de la Paix. The lineup for the finale includes Samy Thiébault at 20h30 followed by Michelle David & The True-Tones at 21h50. Tickets are selling fast and may be purchased online.

La Mairie de Monaco is hosting a Soirée Feux d’Artifice on Quai Albert 1er. There will be bouncy castles for the kids from 6:00 – 9:30pm, followed by the fireworks display. There will also be a DJ so you can boogey the evening away by Port Hercule. Free admission.

Saint-Paul de Vence hosts a Grand Ball at 8pm in Place de la Courtine, part of the Fête Patronale de la Sainte-Claire, featuring a set by DJ Alex with singer Baby J. Food and drinks available on site. Free entry.

The Nice Classic Festival concludes at Le Cloître du Monastère de Cimiez tonight. The final concert features the students of the Académie Internationale d’Eté de Nice and starts at 6pm. Unfortunately, all tickets are now sold out.

Experience les Nuits d’Été at the Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur in Cagnes-sur-Mer with 7 races on the card tonight, part of the Championnat Méditerranéen des Trotteurs. There will also be a fireworks display to close out the evening. Admission is €5, free for those under 18 – please note that you must book and pay online. Restaurants may also be booked online.

A dazzling tribute to the Motown label hits, the Motown All-Stars show at the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival ignites the Salle des Étoiles with its vocal quartet, live orchestra and impeccably choreographed dance troupe. Tickets may be purchased online.

Les Plages Électroniques continues in Cannes with Peggy Gou, Mochakk and Luidji headlining, with a great selection of support acts on offer. The full line-up for all stages is available on the official website. Daily and multi-day passes may be purchased online.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer has some outdoor cinematic fun lined up with a screening of Les 4 Fantastiques : Premiers Pas (2025 | 1h55) (French version) at 9pm at Théâtre de la Batterie. Tickets cost €8.50 (reduced rates available) and may be purchased online.

Catch the final performance from The Motown All-Stars show at the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival. Tickets may be purchased online.

Meanwhile, in Saint-Paul de Vence, the one and only Synapson will perform live for the first time in the town as part of the Fête Patronale de la Sainte-Claire. Concert starts at 8pm and tickets may be reserved online.

Les Plages Électroniques concludes in Cannes tonight with some huge names in electronic music performing, including Charlotte de Witte, Eric Prydz and Booba. The full line-up for all stages is available on the official website. Tickets may be purchased online.

Further racing and fun with Les Nuits d’Été at the Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur in Cagnes-sur-Mer with 7 races on the card for this Soirée semi-nocturne. Admission is €5, free for those under 18 – please note that you must book and pay online. Restaurants may also be booked online.

Les Nocturnes de la Villa 2025 continue at Villa et Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild with an evening entitled Nuit fantastiqueTrompette et cordes featuring the Roman Leleu Sextet. Tickets for the concert cost €35 or you may opt for a picnic option for €60. Tickets may be reserved online.

More movie action from Ciné Quartier in Cannes with L’attachement (2025 | 1h45). Sandra, a fiercely independent woman in her fifties, suddenly and unwillingly shares the intimacy of her next-door neighbour and his two children. Against all odds, she gradually becomes attached to this adopted family. Screening at Place du Marché de la Bocca. Free admission. Film starts at 10pm.

Beaulieu-sur-Mer also has another outdoor cinematic offering lined up with a screening of Dracula (2025 | 2h09 – English with French subtitles) at 9pm at Théâtre de la Batterie. Tickets cost €8.50 (reduced rates available) and may be purchased online.

Fréjus hosts another fireworks display as part of the town’s ongoing Summer Fireworks programme. The display starts at 10:30pm in Port-Fréjus. Free entry.

Further musical action from Les Nocturnes de la Villa 2025 tonight in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, featuring Joyce Jonathan and her band. Tickets cost €35 or €60 for the picnic option and may be reserved online.

More open air cinema at Théâtre de la Batterie in Beaulieu-sur-Mer tonight with a screening of Valeur Sentimentale (2025 | 2h12), the winner of Le Grand Prix du Festival de Cannes 2025. The film is in Norwegian with French subtitles. Tickets cost €8.50 (reduced rates available) and may be purchased online.

Cap d’Ail hosts a tribute concert to Les Rita Mitsouko by the band Ç’EST COMME ÇA at the Amphithéâtre de la Mer at 9pm, celebrating the timeless musical legacy of the famous duo. Free entry.

The Monte-Carlo Summer Festival continues with funk and disco legends, Kool & The Gang with a show combining irresistible groove and jazzy arrangements. One for the ages! Tickets may be reserved online.

Cinémathèque Hors les Murs continues in the Port of Nice with an outdoor screening of Still the Water by Naomi Kawase (2014 | 2h01 | Japanese, French subtitles). Admission is free and limited places available.

More racing and fun with Les Nuits d’Été at the Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur in Cagnes-sur-Mer with 6 races on the card for this Soirée Cirque. Plenty of activities for the children with magic and juggling workshops, limbo dancing, stilt walking and Hula Hoop challenges, and to top it off, Pepito the clown! Jazz Art Lympia continues in Port de Nice with the Leila MacAvoy Quartet. Enjoy some great rooftop sounds, overlooking the port! Doors open at 7pm, performance starts at 8pm. Free admission, limited places.

More fireworks with the Festival pyromélodique in the Baie de Juan-les-Pins. The show starts at 10pm and entry is free.

The Dolly White Party is back in Nice tonight, running from 6pm to midnight in Place du Pin. Possibly the biggest street party of the summer? Get yourself along there for a great night out! Free entry.

The Monte-Carlo Summer Festival comes to an end tonight after a fantastic series of concerts over the past two months. Taking to the stage is Giorgia, dubbed the «voice» of Italian song, who has accumulated numerous awards and honours over her 30-year career, and is acclaimed by both audiences and critics alike. The Festival d’Art Pyrotechnic in Cannes features Ikebun from Japan who present Sound of Resonance, featuring a mix of music from Japanese and other artists. The display starts at 10pm in the Baie de Cannes. Free admission.

Les Nocturnes Cannoises continue throughout August, taking place on Tuesdays at Esplanade Pantiero (until 19th August), Wednesdays at Place du Marché de la Bocca (until 27th August) and Boulevard Jean Hibert (until 28th August). These evening craft markets feature local products and artisanal objects, making for the perfect summer evening!

Compagnie Miranda brings the history of Nice to life with La Castellada, which runs from August 8th to 19th at la colline du Château in Nice. Come and experience theatrical scenes, sound and light effects, all in a magical setting at nightfall. Tickets may be reserved online.

Monaco Open Air cinema continues with movies each night of the week.

Villefranche-sur-Mer also has a busy programme for its summer of open air cinema in the Théâtre de la Citadelle, running until 30th August. Movies start at 9:30pm and admission is €6. No reservations required. Tickets may only be purchased on site and payment is by cash or cheque only.

Pages à la Plage continues in Cannes, an initiative where you can borrow books for 48 hours to read on the beach. Open everyday, it runs until 29th August.

Une Journée à l’opéra continues at Opéra Nice Côte d’Azur until 31st August – come experience Nice Opera like you’ve never seen it before!

Les Soirées Estivales organised by Département des Alpes-Maritimes 06 continues throughout the summer with an amazing programme of events. Check out the programme and decide for yourself what you want to do or see – the list is almost endless!
