FitHub is a boutique fitness studio in Nice, providing group fitness classes in English, in a friendly and positive environment.
As children, we exercise by instinct, we run and jump, skip and twirl for the joy of being able to move our bodies and live in the moment. As adults we turn exercise into a chore. FitHub brings the ‘play’ back into exercise with a variety of group fitness classes, and before you know it, you are having so much fun, you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
Classes are in English, but FitHub welcomes all nationalities, after all a squat is a squat in any language! It’s a great opportunity for children to learn English while teaching them the importance of fitness in their lives. For adults looking to meet people of different nationalities, FitHub offers a relaxed, friendly environment. You are always greeted with a smile and a positive attitude.
Their philosophy is that fitness is for EveryBody and classes are open to all fitness levels and all age groups, from 6 weeks old to retirees. For parents who want to enjoy a class with their child, FitHub offers Mummy & Me Yoga, Pushy Parents (outdoors with child in stroller) and YogaFit (2-6 year olds). For teens and adults there’s a great selection of classes including, Pilates, Dance Fitness, Yoga, Total Body Conditioning, Ballet Tone, Kickboxing, Legs/Bums/Tums, Zumba, Personal Training and much more.
Meet new friends or spend more time with the friends you already have in this fun, social, international fitness community. FitHub is a place where you can connect with other English speakers in a relaxed environment with no judgment or pressure, and feel connected in an increasingly disconnected world.
Social events are also a big part of the FitHub community. These include include dinners, lunches, an after-class coffee, nutrition workshops and a variety of other workshops that we feel the community will enjoy – there is always something going on at FitHub.
So, no excuses now, get yourself down to the Hub!
