SATURDAY, 1st AUGUST
- If you are looking to bag yourself a bargain, get along to the Brocante in Les Allées de la Liberté in Cannes, running throughout the weekend. Open from 7 am to 5 pm. Stroll, browse, discover, buy!
- The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift gets underway today in Lausanne and will conclude with two stages (Stages 8 & 9) in Nice next weekend.

- Festival Offensive Rock takes place at Les Espaces du Fort Carré in Antibes from 6 pm this evening. Featuring six bands, local artisan stalls and food on site. Entry €8, free parking nearby.
- Le Bal des Pompiers de la Turbie takes place at 7 pm tonight in Place Neuve in La Turbie. Tickets go on pre-sale from 12 pm. Food and more on site! Come one, come all and support a great cause.
- Hôtel Amour Nice hosts the Festival Plage Amour, a series of concerts and DJ sets under the stars, with the sunset over the Mediterranean as a backdrop. Tonight we have Polo & Pan taking to the stage from 7 pm. Let yourself be swept away by their energy! Tickets may be purchased online.
- La Note Bleue welcomes JVNO as part of the Summer Festival programme. Driven by raw energy and the hunger of a band on the rise, this young quartet arrive with the kind of spark you don’t manufacture. Reserve your table now by calling +377 93 500 502
- Pianist Fazil Say was supposed to be playing at the 77th Festival de Musique in Menton tonight, but unfortunately due to health reasons, he is unable to perform and the concert is cancelled. Those who purchased their tickets online will be refunded directly to their bank card. If you purchased your tickets directly at the Tourist Office ticket office, please return there to receive a cash refund.
- The 2026 Monte-Carlo Summer Festival continues tonight with LP at the Sporting Monte-Carlo. This dîner-spectacle takes place at the Salle des Étoiles, with the dinner starting at 8:30 pm and the show at 10:30 pm. Tickets cost from €420 and may be reserved online. Concert-only tickets also available.

- Les Nuits du Château de La Moutte in Saint-Tropez get underway at 9 pm tonight. The opening concert, entitled Grandes Musiques sur l’herbe, features Gautier Capuçon on cello and Jérôme Ducros on piano, along with Verity Jacobsen and Jordan Kindell, two dancers from the Ballet Preljocaj who will perform l’Abandon. Free admission, no reservation required.
- The Simon Chivallon Trio play La Trinquette Jazz Club in Villefranche-sur-Mer at 9 pm tonight. Tickets cost €18 (concessions available) and may be reserved online.

- The Mairie de Monaco presents the second of two firework displays tonight in Port Hercule. The display takes place at 9:30 pm and is followed by a DJ set from 10 pm to midnight. Free admission and all welcome.
- Why not view the fireworks from the Jardin Exotique in Monaco, which offers a truly unique vantage point? You also have the chance to sample the menu on offer at the Bar du Jardin Exotique. SUNDAY, 2nd AUGUST
- The 77th Festival de Musique in Menton continues this evening with an evening entitled Concert Concertos. Young pianists selected from the most prestigious international piano competitions will tackle the concerto format. Tickets may be reserved online.

- Luca Fenoli & the Thomas Delor Trio play La Trinquette Jazz Club in Villefranche-sur-Mer at 8 pm tonight. Tickets cost €18 (concessions available) and may be reserved online.
- The annual Concerts au Palais Princier continue in the Cour d’Honneur of the palace in Monaco. Tonight Hungarian conductor Martin Rajna leads pianist Zoltán Fejérvári and the Orchestra Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo in a programme of music by Beethoven and Dvořák. The concert starts at 9:30 pm. - The inaugural Monaco Athletics Festival takes place at 6 pm this evening on Quai Albert 1er in Port Hercule. Under the banner of the What Gravity Tour, the event brings together top-class high jumpers. Tickets may be reserved online.
- The Mairie de Monaco presents another of its Concerts Soirées Musicales, with Bella Italia at 7:30 pm in Square Gastaud. Free admission, all welcome.
- Gilles Peterson presents Impressions – an evening of music celebrating jazz at the Fondation Maeght. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., followed by a self-guided visit of the Ellsworth Kelly exhibition. Light refreshments and a bar will be available throughout the event. Tickets may be reserved online. A two evening pass (includes tomorrow’s event) is also available.

- The Nice Classic Festival continues with Concert Intimiste du Nice Classic Festival at the Auditorium du Musée Matisse at 4 pm. Tickets may be reserved online.
- Villa Paloma in Monaco hosts an open-air screening of Memoria by Apichatpong Weerasethakul. There will be food and drinks at the Régulus with Monaco Vinalia Gourmet at 6 pm, with free admission to the current exhibition “Victor Brauner, The Magical Adventure.” The screening gets underway at 9:30 pm. - Throughout August, come experience Les Jeudis du Suquet, a festive family event in the heart of Le Suquet, on Rue du Pré, with an eclectic programme featuring orchestras, brass bands, and musical groups. - The 20th edition of Les Plages Électroniques get underway in Cannes today, running throughout the weekend. Seven stages and plenty of acts to enjoy – the question is, where to start?! Get your tickets online asap!
- Les Nuits des étoiles gets underway tonight and runs throughout the weekend. This year, the organisers expect more than 500 events organised by 350 clubs, associations, local authorities throughout France, with plenty of events planned locally.
- The Nice Classic Festival continues at the Monastère de Cimiez. Tonight’s performance is Deux Pianos, Cinq Pianistes pour La Fashion Week taking place at 8 pm. Tickets may be reserved online.
- The 9th edition of Les Nuits Dime On, the signature summer music festival at Hôtel Cap Estel, continues tonight with Charles Doré. Reservations can be made via Hôtel Cap Estel’s online booking platform, with demand expected to be high throughout the summer season.

The Nocturnes Cannoises 2026 are back, running from 7 pm to midnight. During the months of July and August, the Cannes night markets offer a picturesque and attractive craft market where local produce and decorative objects blend well with the mildness of summer evenings. The markets take place on Tuesday evenings at Esplanade Pantiero, Wednesday evenings at Place du marché de Cannes La Bocca, and Thursday evenings at Boulevard Jean Hibert. Free admission to all markets.

Jazz Sous La Lune Festival takes place on 29 August, 2026. Enjoy an unforgettable summer evening beneath the stars at the enchanting Abbaye de La Colle-sur-Loup. Created by Maiart, this elegant open-air event combines live jazz, Riviera charm and a spectacular historic setting for a memorable night of music and fine dining. Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of champagne, a truffle and foie gras tasting, and access to a curated cheese bar by LeChat Noble, specially selected to complement the evening’s performances. On the programme – a live jazz concert featuring Luana Toader and her band with special guest artists, and a spectacular Michael Jackson Tribute Show, followed by a DJ set to round off the night. A special Jazz Menu will be served in the abbey gardens (advance reservation required by emailing lechatnoble@cheflechat.fr). A cocktail and wine bar will also be available on site.
