Time to Sign Up for Prom’ Record Day 2025 in Nice

After a very successful edition last year, Prom’ Record Day returns to the Promenade des Anglais this October. The organisers tell us that there will be plenty of surprises in store for you!

Prom’ Record Day is back in Nice on Sunday, 26th October. This hugely popular event is open to runners of all standards and ages.

It is once again sponsored by two-time world athletics champion Stéphane Diagana. He is president of Nice Côte d’Azur Athlétisme, one of the leading clubs in the region and organisers of the event.

PROM’ RECORD DAY SCHEDULE

9h00 : Ma Belle Prom’ Elite – 5km: This race is open to runners with a reference time of less than 28 minutes for the 5km. It is part of the league’s « Challenge Route Nature. » The course is made up of five laps of 1km each.

9h00 : Sports and Health Assessment – Harmonie Mutuelle: From 9h00 to 12h00, come test your physical abilities with four workshops supervised by the Maison du Sport Santé. These include a Balance Test, a Lower Limb Strength Test, an Upper Limb Strength Test and a 6-Minute Walk Endurance Test. The assessments are free but the organisers do suggest making a donation. The monies collected will be donated to the Ligue Contre le Cancer 06.

9h35 : Ma Belle Prom’ pour tous – 5km: A race for everyone, including beginners, on the most beautiful part of the prom. « Ma Belle Prom’» is a 5km race that is part of the league’s « Challenge Route Nature. »

10h40 : 5km Relay – Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur: Over a total distance of 5km, each runner will complete a 1,000m relay. Teams must be made up of 3 to 5 runners and runners may only run one leg..

11h20 : Le Mile des Anglais: A 1.6km race for everyone from juniors (born 2014) to Masters.

11h35 : Kid’s Mile: These races are only open to children, We have a 400m race for children born between 2020 – 2021, a 600m race for those born between 2017 – 2019 and an 800m race for those born 2015 – 2016.

EVENT INFORMATION

Visit the Prom’ Record Day Village

The Prom’ Record Day Village, located near the Neuf Lignes Obliques sculpture, is a unique setting dedicated to running. You will be able to pick up your race number here, which may be done so up to one hour before your chosen event. You will also be able to meet with the event partners here. This year, the osteopathy students from the ATMAN school will be on hand to offer advice and provide pre- and post-race massages.
