We were drawn into the swindler swagger and hit up the Maud Barral Gallery when no one was around to hijack some hot art pieces.

As the French Riviera’s most notoriously uncatchable cat burglar, Cary Grant’s John Robie stole jewels and the heart of heroine Grace Kelly’s Frances Stevens in the 1955 Alfred Hitchcock classic film ‘To Catch a Thief‘.

Our very own Fashion Editor Caitlin Brown needed the right robber robes to pilfer these precious paintings – all in the name of fashion, of course! Decked out in Louis Vuitton, Topshop, Mademoiselle Vintage and BCBG Max Azria, our catwalk crook makes being bad look oh so good.

Love the action in this shoot. Posing with story purpose. Film script quotes validate the concept in a fun way. And stunning classic clothes. Oh those sticky fingers clad in red leather! Five stars.
