The skies over Cannes will light up once again this summer with the return of the annual international fireworks competition, running throughout July and August.
The annual Festival d’Art Pyrotechnique is back this summer in the Bay of Cannes, promising some more spectacular and memorable evenings. Since its inception in 1967, the event has been a celebration of pyrotechnic excellence, attracting thousands of spectators from the world over.
Alongside the Festival de Montréal, the Festival International d’Art Pyrotechnique de Cannes is one of the world’s leading pyrotechnic events.


FESTIVAL PROGRAMME
The 2025 edition of the event runs over six nights and the programme includes:
FRIDAY, 4th JULY @ 10pm
Göteborgs FyrverkeriFabrik from Sweden presents Voices From The Fire, featuring the music of Aretha Franklin, Madonna, Cyndi Lauper, Miley Cyrus and more
MONDAY, 14th JULY @ 10pm
Pirotecnia del Mediterraneo from Spain presents The Legend of Aviici, featuring the music of Aviici
TUESDAY, 22nd JULY @ 10pm
Pirotecnica Morsani from Italy presents Italianissimo! A Starry Night, featuring some classical sounds from the likes of Mascagni, Vivaldi, Rossini and others.
TUESDAY, 5th AUGUST @ 10pm
Pyrogenie Feuerwerk GmbH from Germany presents The Dream Catcher, featuring an eclectic mix of music from the likes of David Bowie, Hans Zimmer and Imagine Dragons.
FRIDAY, 15th AUGUST @ 10pm
Ikebun from Japan presents Sound of Resonance, featuring a mix of music from Japanese and other artists.
SUNDAY, 24th AUGUST @ 10pm
Kervenka from France presents Maturity in the Spotlight, (Out of Competition) featuring a mix of music from the likes of Michael Jackson, AC/DC, Pink and Eminem, amongst others.
There are many vantage points from which to view the displays including the beaches along La Croisette, Port Canto, Le Suquet, or from a boat!
And if you can’t make it to Cannes to enjoy the spectacle in person, you can always catch each evening’s proceedings on the Festival YouTube channel.

The Festival d’Art Pyrotechnique runs on six evenings throughout July and August in the Baie de Cannes, starting at 10pm each night. Admission is free.
