Another lively week is unfolding along the Côte d’Azur, and there’s no shortage of ways to make the most of it. We’ve rounded up the top experiences over the next seven days in this slice of paradise.

With jazz and film festivals, the Monégasque Fête Nationale and Movember high on the agenda, you’ll definitely find plenty here to keep everyone happy!

– SATURDAY 15th NOVEMBER –
The 24th editiion of the Saveurs et Terroirs festival continues in Mandelieu today, running thoughout the weekend. Over a hundred producers from all over France will be present at this gastronomic event which showcases French expertise, and the authenticity of regional products, most of which will grace holiday tables this year. Wines, ciders, gin and champagnes (to be consumed in moderation), foie gras, charcuterie, cheeses, spices, teas and condiments, sweet specialties … not to mention tableware, will all be represented. Saveurs et Terroirs is a festive and welcoming event centered around generous and authentic gastronomy … the perfect gathering for epicureans. Les Rencontres de Cannes 2025 continue with Les Rencontres littéraires jeunesse for children aged 7 – 12, taking place in Médiathèque Noailles from 9:30am. To start things off they will be hosting a philosophy breakfast, followed by writing workshops, roundtable discussions, and a musical reading, allowing the public to extend their immersion in the authors’ world. Admission is free though please note that some activities require prior reservation by calling 04 97 06 44 83.
The Foire Attractions de Monaco continues in Port Hercule, running until next Wednesday, 19th November, 2025, the Fête Nationale Monégasque. There will be plenty of entertainment and attractions on offer for both big and small kids alike!
The 26th edition of No Finish Line® Monaco gets underway today in and around the Chapiteau de Fontvieille. Organised by Children & Future, the purpose is to donate all event profits to projects supporting disadvantaged children and those in need. For every kilometre run or walked, €1 is donated by the event sponsors, partners and participants. The event runs until Sunday, 23rd November and the course is open 24 hours.
The exhibition L’art de prendre son envol, featuring the aircraft and designs of Harald Gottschling, continues throughout the weekend at NEO art gallery in Nice. Take some time out of a busy afternoon to relax and de-stress here! Open from 2 pm to 7 pm, free entry.
The 42nd Foire aux Santons continues in Mouans-Sartoux, running daily from 2 pm to 6 pm until Christmas Eve, 24th December. Taking place at Médiathèque cinéma La strada. Free admission.
The 31st edition of Rencontres Cinématographiques continues in Vence, running throughout the weekend. There is a very busy programme on offer, with plenty of preview screenings and interviews with actors, screenwriters and directors. There will also be the presentation of the Audience Award for Short Films and the Youth Jury Award for Short Films and other events for the closing of the festival.
Les Rendez-Vous Musicaux de l’Hippodrome conclude tonight with a performance featuring Manon Galy (violin) and Jorge Gonzalez Buajasan (piano). They will be performing works by Debussy, Ravel, Brahms, Schubert and Grieg. The concert starts at 6 pm. Tickets cost €25 and may be reserved online.
Masséna Around the World bookstore in Nice is hosting an informal Book Club Party in-store from 7 – 8 pm tonight. This is aimed at anyone looking to host, start or join a book club, so, do come along and meet other book lovers and find others on the same page! No need to reserve. Come one, come all! There ain’t no party like a BOOK CLUB PARTY!
The 22nd editiion of the Monte-Carlo Comedy Film Festival concludes tonight. The event takes place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco with screenings open to the public. Admission is free, subject to availability. The Grand Gala, hosted by Ezio Greggio, closes the festival tonight with the presentation of prizes to the winners of the films and lifetime achievement awards. The event will be broadcast on mediaset networks. Tickets for the evening may be purchased online but are selling out fast.
The 14th edition of the In&Out Queer Film Festival continues in Cannes, running until this Friday, 21st November. The festival will coincide with the 38th Cannes Film Festival organized by Cannes Cinéma, featuring a special cross-programming of three films.
The 18th edition of ZeFestival, the LGBTQIA+ film festival, is underway in Nice, running until 1st December, 2025. Organized by Polychromes, it is a multi-disciplinary event that embraces cinema, literature, poetry, painting, photography, singing, stand-up comedy, debates, and festive evenings. The Nice So Fétiche festival continues throughout the weekend. A celebration of fetish diversity, the programme promises a vibrant mix of activities that highlight the creativity and inclusivity of the scene – proving that fetish culture is as diverse as it is dynamic.

The 20th edition of C’est pas Classique continues tonight at Opéra de Nice with Compagnie Hervé Koubi, a troupe featuring 14 self-taught dancers from the Mediterranean basin who celebrate cultural diversity and question our prejudices about “foreigners.” Combining hip-hop, contemporary ballet, and acrobatics, this masterful show highlights the richness of so-called “barbaric” cultures and invites us to overcome our fear of others, set to music by Mozart, Fauré, and traditional sounds. The concert is fully booked out but you can sign up to the waiting list for this and any of the other concerts in the festival.
Our friend Gil Marsalla and his Directo Productions present Cyrano de Bergerac, the Musical at the Palais Nikaïa tonight at 8 pm. Written and composed by Philippe Hattemberg and Stéphane Brunello and produced and directed by Gil Marsalla, the show boldly and respectfully reinvents Edmond Rostand’s work, transporting its story into the vibrant world of contemporary performance, brought to life by dancers and striking visuals. Tickets cost €53 to €58 and may be reserved online.
– SUNDAY 16th NOVEMBER –
Come join the Cannes Movember team for a FIt Challenge with DM Coaching and Fabienne Camara. Meet at 9 am at Bijou Plage for a workout to start off your day! This class is open to everyone. For your comfort, please bring your towel, water bottle, and exercise mat if you have one. Runs from 9 am to 11 am. Yoga, zumba, Crossfit training, and Fit Boots all on the programme. Registration required.

Monte-Carlo Opera stages one of the most popular operas in the repertoire, Giuseppe Verdi’s Aïda, with three performances at the Grimaldi Forum. Today’s performance is already sold out, but tickets are still available for the remaining shows and may be reserved online.
– MONDAY 17th NOVEMBER-
At the heart of the legendary Marché Forville in Cannes, the Monday flea market is a veritable treasure trove for passionate bargain hunters and those curious about great finds. Here you can find everything from tableware, luxury and vintage secondhand goods, to contemporary art and vintage vinyl. Whether you’re a collector, art lover, vintage fan, or simply strolling through Cannes, don’t miss this authentic event every Monday at the foot of Le Suquet!
The second edition of Festival du Documentaire Scientifique gets underway today in Nice, running until Friday, 21st November. The weeklong programme for this unique documentary film festival explores various aspects of science including astronomy, biodiversity, archaeology and prehistory. Admission to events is free, subject to availability of places.
The 38th Rencontres cinématographiques de Cannes gets underway today, running until 23rd November, 2025. Organized by the Cannes Cinéma association, the festival offers the opportunity for the public to discover numerous films, meet film professionals, and share your impressions and opinions during the many discussions. The event also features an official competition featuring eight international feature films, presented as previews and already awarded prizes at other festivals in France and abroad. Among these eight films, three prizes will be awarded at the closing ceremony: the Grand Prix des RCC, by the official jury of this 38th edition, the François Chalais Screenplay Award, and the Audience Award. Approximately twenty films will be screened as previews, accompanied by their director and/or a member of the team. Carte blanche screenings, tributes, and retrospectives will also be offered. – TUESDAY 18th NOVEMBER –
Come enjoy some classical ballet with Le Lac des Cygnes (Swan Lake) at Palais Nikaïa at 8 pm tonight. One of the most famous ballets in the world and the most frequently performed in theatres, what better way to spend a Tuesday night? Piotr Tchaikovsky’s music transports the audience to a world of grace, elegance, and infinite beauty. The splendour of the sets and costumes, the aesthetics and poetry of classical dance, performed with brilliance and elegance, make this show a true gem – a must-see! There will be a fireworks display at Port Hercule at 8:10 pm tonight in celebration of La Fête Nationale de Monaco tomorrow. A pyrotechnic and musical show will light up the Monégasque sky. Free admission.
As part of the ongoing celebrations, Superbus will be performing at Espace Léo Ferré. The legendary 2000s band will electrify the stage with their greatest hits and new songs. A pop-rock evening not to be missed (open to Monaco residents only and by invitation)
– WEDNESDAY 19th NOVEMBER –
Come celebrate la Fête Nationale de Monaco at the Marché de la Condamine with a day full of activities. There will be tasting of local specialities on offer from 9 am to 2 pm, at 12 pm you can witness the preparation of a giant stockfish, and at 7:30 pm, enjoy some festive musical entertainment.
Philippine Delaire performs her show « Fille à papa » at Espace Léo Ferré. A multi-talented comedian and actress, she will present her energetic and self-deprecating show, blending generational humour with offbeat sketches. Access by invitation only for Monegasque citizens and residents.

Les Jeudis de la Villa continue at the Villa et Jardins Ephrussi de Rothschild in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Josephine Baker’s passing and as part of Monaco’s National Day celebrations, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo presents Bonsoir Monte-Carlo (Grande Revue – Josephine Baker). Concert takes place at the Salle des Princes in the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco at 8 pm. Tickets cost from €40 and may be reserved online.
– OTHER EVENTS & ATTRACTIONS –
The 2026 Nice Jazz Festival may be eight months away (23 – 26 July, 2026) but intial ticket sales are now open. Early bird passes costing €120 available online now.
There is plenty going on in the world of theatre around the region. The Anthéa in Antibes has an amazing programme of shows and performances lined up for the 2025/’26 season. The Théâtre National de Nice also has an impressive line-up for the season as does the Théâtre de la Cité in Nice who have a very busy programme.
There are also plenty of excellent exhibitions going on throughout the region.
