Saturday, 1st December 2012 marks the 25th anniversary of World AIDS Day, a global initiative started in 1988 to raise awareness about the disease.
The theme for World AIDS Day this year is ‘Getting to Zero‘, which will be the recurring theme through to 2015.
The day will also be observed in Nice with a gathering at Place Magenta at 5:30pm.
