The summer in the Principality will be a busy one with the return of Point Art Monaco, the ultimate world art fair organised by GIE Point Art Monaco.

Successor to the Biennale des Antiquaires de Monaco and placed under the High Patronage of HRH Prince Albert II of Monaco, the annual Point Art Monaco will once again welcome some of the most famous art dealers from around the globe to the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.

This year, the organisers have decided to rename the fair to the European Art Fair Monaco, to celebrate the event’s increasing popularity, and as a “sign of progress”.

For its sixth edition, the five day show will pay tribute to the shared heritage of the Europe that witnessed the birth of great art, along with the Old Masters who created timeless classics.

From paintings to sculpture and period furniture to designer jewellery, the programme will bring together four of the Principality’s most prominent art galleries: Maison d’Art, Galerie Adriano Ribolzi, A. Pallesi Art Gallery, and M.F. Toninelli Art Moderne.

It will once again feature masterpieces from exhibitors who have cultivated special relationships with the world’s leading institutions, including the Louvre Museum in Paris, New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art and Museum of Modern Art, and the Pinacoteca di Brena in Milan.

The European Art Fair Monaco takes place from 20th to 24th July at the Grimaldi Forum, running concurrently with the summer exhibition ‘Francis Bacon, Monaco and French Culture‘. For art lovers interested in both events, a special reduced price ticket costing only €16 will be available.
