The 64th Festival de Musique takes place over two weeks in Menton this August, and promises a very diverse and interesting programme.

The annual classical music festival in Menton has a very loyal following, and in this, its 64th year, they are bound to garner many more fans. The lineup for the event includes many accomplished artists such as renowned guitarist Pepe Romero, the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra, the Chœur Régional Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, the Orchestre Sinfonia Varsovia, Italian violinist Anna Tifu, and soprano Diana Damrau, amongst many others.

The festival runs from Thursday 1st to Wednesday 14th August in a variety of locations around Menton, including the parvis de la Basilique de Saint-Michel Archange, the Musée Cocteau Collection Séverin Wunderman, the Esplanade Francis Palmero and the Square des États-Unis.

Divided up into a number of different series, the festival offers something for everyone. The Grands Interprètes takes place at the Basilica, the Concerts de 18h at the Musée Cocteau, and the Festival Off and Festival Off Square in the Esplanade Francis Palmero and Square des États-Unis respectively.
